After meeting the charismatic residents of Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and an evening in Hobart’s port-side dining district of Salamanca, you’ll stay the night on a beautifully restored tall ship, row a clinker dinghy through the Egg Island Canal and visit the breathtaking Tahune Airwalk. For the finale, take a trip to historic Port Arthur then a fast boat ride around the southern hemisphere’s tallest sea cliffs accompanied by pods of dolphins, albatross and shearwaters.
