￼￼￼Start your trip off at renowned wildlife sanctuary Barna Mia. You’ll glimpse how wild mammals roamed Australia 200 years ago. Enroute to Albany stay a night in the breathtaking Stirling Ranges which rise from the mallee desert before you continue to the rugged coastline around Albany. For the final part of your journey, you're joined by local naturalist and personality Gary Muir for an entertaining tour of the monumental Karri forests, an opportunity to see wild Quokkas and a nature cruise up the Walpole River. As if this wasn't all ‘big’ enough, on your last day you’ll scale huge inland sand dunes and even climb the massive Bicentennial Tree.

Day 1-2 Arriving in Perth, you’ll pick up your hire car and stay the night. The following morning, you’ll drive to Barna Mia Sanctuary in Narrogin where you’ll meet your guide who will take you to a predator- proofed conservation area teeming with Numbats, Quendas, Bilbies, Boodies, Woylies, echidnas and other native animals. You’ll stay the night in Narrogin.
Day 3-4 This tag-along tour with your guide will continue south as you are taken on an exploration of the spectacular Stirling Ranges before dinner and accommodation at the Stirling Range Retreat. The following day you’ll continue to Albany where your guide will show you wildlife and birds along the rugged coastline of the South West - you may see Honey Possum and Southern Right Whale, depending on the season.
Day 5-6 You drive west on your own to Walpole/Denmark to meet our local guide and expert who will take you on a personal tour of the Valley of the Giants in the afternoon, then to the Tree Top Walk to see the Giant Tingle Trees from 40 metres up at dusk, you’ll get to see the famous Quokkas before returning to Walpole to enjoy a meal in the local pub and stay the night nearby. The following morning, you’ll take a relaxing eco cruise into the heart of the Walpole and Nornalup Marine Park and Wilderness Area to seek out surprising inlets and secluded beaches. Drive to Pemberton to stay the night.
Day 7-9 Start your morning with a tour involving a thrilling 4WD trip through ancient forests and enormous inland dunes as you learn about the local flora with our experts. In the afternoon try climbing the famous Bicentennial Tree, all 75 metres of it! Relax for a second night at your secluded accommodation before driving back to Perth to return your hire car and depart.
